APPAREL RETURN POLICY


You've Changed Your Mind:

It happens. We want all of our customers to be happy and offer a 30-day return policy for store credit on all apparel items.

The apparel item needs to be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. And, in its original packaging with tags attached and the original receipt.

Please email us at hello@yoginisoul.com to let us know that you wish to return the apparel item, and we will send you instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Please do not send any item back to us without first notifying us. If we are not expecting your return, your package will be turned away by our receiving department.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the shipping cost of the return, but we are happy to include the original shipping amount in your store credit.

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return, and, if it's approved, we will apply store credit to your account and email you instructions for using your store credit.

Size Exchange:

We strive to offer detailed Sizing Charts and "Fit Tips" for each of our apparel items. And, our Customer Service Team is always available to assist you in making size decisions based on the look and fit you want, as well.

We hope these sizing insights are helpful. Occasionally, despite our best efforts to help you pick the right size, you may decide that you want a different size or a different look after you've received your apparel item.

We understand.

We are happy to offer one size exchange within 30 days of shipping. You will need to pay the shipping fee to return the item to us, but we are happy to pick up the shipping tab to send you the new size.

Our Ooops:

On the rare occasion that our printers get your apparel order mixed up with another, or the style, color, or printed image doesn't look like what you ordered, please email us a photo of the apparel item, along with your order number and details about the problem to hello@yoginisoul.com, and we'll get things straightened out for you. We'll make arrangements for you to ship the wrong item back to us, and we'll get the correct apparel item shipped out to you asap!

 

JEWELRY RETURN POLICY


We want all of our customers to be happy and offer a 14-day return policy for store credit or refund on all jewelry items.

The jewelry item needs to be in its original, unworn condition. And, in its original packaging with the original receipt.

Email us at hello@yoginisoul.com to let us know that you wish to return the jewelry item, and we will send you instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Please do not send any jewelry back to us without first notifying us. If we are not expecting your return, your package will be turned away by our receiving department.

You will need to cover the shipping cost of the return, but we are happy to include the original shipping amount in your store credit. Unfortunately, we are unable to include the original shipping amount if you request a refund.

Once we've received and inspected your returned jewelry item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return, and, if it's approved, we will apply store credit to your account and email you instructions for using your store credit. Or, if you've opted for a store refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
